Instructions:
Place your Relief Wrap - with fleece side
up - in the microwave for one minute, on
high temperature. If the Relief Wrap is not
hot enough, return to the microwave for 30
second intervals. Test the temperature after
each interval to insure you have not made
it too hot. Put the fleece side against your
body.
In a conventional oven, preheated to 350
degrees - turn off the oven, heat the Relief
Wrap in an oven bag, or on a cooky sheet
for 3 to 5 minutes.
The Relief Wrap can be used as a cold pack
by spraying it lightly with water, and freezing
for approximately
1 to 2 hours in a zip lock bag. Place
the canvas side of the Relief Wrap against
your injured extremity.
